Of
NATIONS
and
KINGDOMS

“Why do the nations rage and the peoples plot in vain?” A question King David posed about 3,000 years ago. And, sadly, they continue to do the same in the Third Decade of the 21st Century. Paalms 2:1

If you, Dear Reader, are genuinely troubled by their repeated “RAGING” at each other, competitive conflicts and strivings on every level -political, commercial, cultural, and religious- and, still much worse, by their armed confrontations, pogroms, criminal terrorism, and massive corruption both moral and material- please allow me to respectfully announce to you,  if you are not already aware of it, that a “NATION, a “KINGDOM, absolutely and unequivocably UNLIKE any of the 186 secular and theocratic ones registered with the United Nations, does, indeed, also EXIST TODAY!

It is a “Kingdom not of this world, not from here.” So affirms its Sacred Constitution. That is, it is not like any earthly political, secular kingdom or nation. Not like any earthly theocracy. Not like any religious entity of earthly, human origin, attired with the trappings of material empires and often acting like them.

It is, fundamentally and inherently, a Kingdom of Heaven. A SPIRITUAL KINGDOM of celestial knowledge, wisdom, and truth that transcend all the earthly, where you may find real, powerful light, peace, and hope for your mind and heart, as well as eternal salvation, rest, and joy for your soul, your spiritual self.

This “Kingdom of Heaven”  is not at all in competition of a material nature with earthly nations and rulers. Does not seek concordats with them. Does not have a flag or coat of arms. Nor does it have an earthly capital or central headquarters in any country or place. Does not have any armed forces whatsoever. NEVER uses violence to maintain and promote itself. NEVER wounds, tortures, or kills any human being. Its “weapons” are exclusively of a spiritual nature, not carnal at all. Ephesians 6:10-18; 2 Corinthians 10:3-6

Its teachers, counselors, and ambassadors to the world do not wear special uniforms, religious cloaks, robes, or other worldly, showy attire. Do not strut with costly jeweled crowns, miters, staffs, or rings, nor wear very costly suits. They do not sit on earthly thrones. They do not occupy luxurious offices, nor sumptuous private homes. They do not drive the most expensive cars, nor do they travel in their own private jets. They do not assume pompous titles, nor appropriate spiritual titles for themselves, such as that of "apostle," for which they do not, and cannot, qualify. They do not take vows contrary to nature and divine instruction, for example, that of "celibacy." Matthew 23:1-11; 1 Timothy 3:1-7; 4:1-5; Titus 1:7-10, and many similar texts.

This “Kingdom of Heaven” has only SPIRITUAL NAMES. Its actions are governed by purely SPIRITUAL PRINCIPLES.

In summation, it is a SPIRITUAL HOUSE… a holy priesthoodthat offers “SPIRITUAL SACRIFICES.” “…a royal priesthood, a holy nation.” “…the household of God… a holy temple.” All in a SPIRITUAL, UNIVERSAL SENSE. For all loyal “citizens” of the Kingdom of Heaven make up the “spiritual house… royal priesthood… holy nation… holy temple” of the “living God,” each and every one being empowered to offer “spiritual sacrifices” of praise, good works, spiritual communion and communication. These Great Truths mean that the “Lord of Heaven and Earth” does not dwell “in temples made with hands. Neither is he worshiped” by means of idols and objects made “with men´s hands,” and that “we ought not to think that” he “is like unto gold or silver or stone, graven by art and of men’s devising.” 1 Peter 2:4-5, 9; Hebrews 13:15-16; Revelation 1:6; 5:10; Ephesians 2:17-22; Acts 17:22-31. Spiritual “Citizens” and “Citizenship” are identified in Ephesians 2:19 and Philippians 3:20.

The Kingdom of Heaven can co-exist peacefully in any earthly nation, republic, or kingdom that will allow it to exist and manifest itself spiritually. Its spiritual “citizens” are taught to respect and obey secular authorities. To not revile or speak evil of secular rulers. They do not riot against them; they are not seditious. They “pay tribute,” that is, taxes. If they are allowed to vote, they do so privately. Their Kingdom of Heaven is, repeating and emphasizing, “not of this worldnot from here,” and, consequently, is not involved in politics. Nor in “social-cultural-racial-gender engineering.” Their ethical and conduct code is defined in the Gospel of the Kingdom, is respectfully taught, and is dutifully practiced by the faithful. If they are persecuted, they do not persecute, nor do they avenge themselves. If some of them are killed because they are citizens of the Kingdom of Heaven, the rest do not take up arms against the perpetrators. Romans 12:1-13, 19-20; 1 Timothy 2:1-2; 1 Peter 2:17; 2 Peter 2:9-12; Luke 22:22-25; Galatians 5:19-26; 1 Peter 3:14-16

The official message of this Kingdom of Heaven is called The GOSPEL of the KINGDOM” 3 times in the Book of Matthew. “GOSPEL” meaning “GOOD NEWS. “GOSPEL” in various contexts is used 98 times in the 27 documents of the New Covenant of the Kingdom.

This “Gospel” is for “every kindred and tongue, and people and nation. It is for ALL the WORLDEVERY CREATURE.” That is what the Spiritual King of the Kingdom of Heaven says, and he would like for “all men to be saved and to come unto the knowledge of the truth.”  Revelation 5:9; Mark 16:15-16; 1 Timothy 2:5

Bangladeshis, Indians, Pakistanis, Nepalese, Indonesians, Filipinos, Chinese, Laotians, Iraqis, Venezuelans, and Cambodians, the Gospel of the Kingdom of Heaven is for YOU! ALL of YOU! And, for all other peoples of planet Earth. No other Sacred Scriptures in the world come remotely close to it in its power to inform, transform, sustain, resolve internal and external conflicts, comfort, console, heal the mind, heart, and spirit, bring peace and hope, and save eternally. Matthew 5:12;  Luke 6:23, 35; Romans 12:3; Philippians 4:5-8, 13; Colossians 3:23-24; Hebrews 11:6; Revelation 21:1-7, 9-27; 22:1-7. And many similar texts.

Dear reader, the Heavenly Kingdom’s King explains that you can become a “Citizen” of his Kingdom by being “BORN AGAIN… of WATER and of the SPIRIT.” That is, by being immersed in the waters of baptism and in the teachings of the Sacred Scriptures as imparted by the “Spirit of Truth” in the Gospel of the Kingdom. If you desire to “enter into the Kingdom of God,” but do not know any representative of it, you may ask a family member, trusted neighbor or friend to baptize you. Then, proceed to share the Gospel of the Kingdom with people you know and even those you do not know, encouraging them to follow your example. If one or more do so, you may then constitute a community of “citizens” of the Kingdom of Heaven in your residence or other convenient place. CLICK HERE for a detailed guide on the formation of such a community. According to the directives of the Gospel of the Kingdom, each community of spiritual “citizens” of the Kingdom is to be autonomous, with its own qualified leadership. Though each one may be in communication with others, each is charged with preserving its own integrity and fidelity to the sound teachings of the Gospel of the Kingdom. John 3:1-16; Matthew 28:18-20; Mark 16:15-16; Acts 2:36-47; 14:23; 20:17-38; 1 Timothy 3:1-13; Titus 1:7-10, and many similar texts.

The name “Kingdom of Heaven” is found 31 times in the Book of Matthew, one of 27 documents that compose “The New Covenant” of the Kingdom of Heaven. In these Writings, it is also identified 75 times as “The Kingdom of God” and a few times as “The Kingdom of Jesus Christ.” This divine institution is also represented in the New Covenant as the “CHURCH, a word meaning “the called out. It is found 111 times in the New Covenant. Today, combined with thousands of different adjectives, the original meaning of the word “church” has been distorted that same number of times. Today, I find “Kingdom of Heaven, Kingdom of God” to be a more meaningful, less controversial representation. And I humbly identify myself as an “AMBASSADOR” of that Kingdom, a concept also found in the Gospel of the Kingdom. 2 Corinthians 5:20; Ephesians 67:20
