A comparatively SMALL MASS of sincere, common-sense, spiritually intelligent BELIEVERS in the Living Creator God and his Son, Jesus Christ, see and duly appreciate the blue skies of the increasing “PEACE, PROSPERITY, and SECURITY” of this First Half of the 21st Century.
However, they also see DARK and STORMY AREAS of the heavens where CURIOUS, DISQUIETING ACRONYMS FLOAT OMINOUSLY. Astute minds can form them, using the letters that appear.
The curtains of the World Stage of the 21st century open. The group of people on the left represents the “Small Mass” identified above. They observe a video of planet Earth attentively as it appears against a deep-space background, moves across, experiences worldwide earthquakes, breaks up, and ends. Already duly informed, they are not surprised.
"When they are saying, Peace and security, then sudden destruction cometh upon them, as travail upon a woman with child; and they shall in no wise escape. But you, brethren, are not in darkness, that that day should overtake you as a thief: for you are all sons of light, and sons of the day: we are not of the night, nor of darkness." 1 Thessalonians 5:3-5
Meanwhile, on the right, a second group of people, representing a vastly greater mass of humans, mills about disorderly, many interested in interpersonal relationships, sex, and parties more than anything else, even obsessing over them, and pays little attention to the trajectory of planet Earth, even laughing at and ridiculing the very idea of such a violent, disastrous, eternal fate for it. They are the irreligious, purely secular humans of every ethnicity, color, social, cultural, and political spectrum of the 21st century.
Their number is augmented by hordes of RELIGIOUS people who are themselves secularized, acculturated, materialistic, and even carnally militaristic.
This massive admixture of conflictive humans sees MOSTLY BLUE SKIES of “PEACE, PROSPERITY, and SECURITY." They also see and pursue a plethora of diverse physical, emotional, and material PLEASURES from the relatively benign to the darkest, most depraved, and deepest evil. Not a few even see, at certain times of their life, at least SOME CLOUDS and the disquieting SHADOWS and DARKNESS of old age, sickness, and physical death somewhere up ahead.
Their SOCIAL, RACIAL, MORAL, CULTURAL, and POLITICAL AGENDAS --generalized, aggressive, and insidious-- PUSH, PUSH, PUSH the beautiful blue planet Earth, with its 8.3 billion human beings, into the HIGHLY DANGEROUS “LITTLE WHILE,” which terminates with the END of the MATERIAL UNIVERSE and TIME. Revelation 20:1-10
The MILLENNIUM of RELIGIOUS LIBERTY guaranteed for a long time by secular leaders and governments NOT deceived by the DARK FORCES of Satan, now is seen to FLUCTUATE and WANE from the negative impact of powerful social, cultural, irreligious, secular effluviums, philosophies, agendas, and verbal, even physical, opposition. Revelation 16:12-16; 20:1-10
