The “FIRST EARTH” and the “FIRST HEAVEN PASSED AWAY…and NO PLACE WAS FOUND for THEM.”

 “NEW HEAVENS and a NEW EARTH” take their place. CELESTIAL, HEAVENLY, in the SPIRITUAL REALM.

Surely two of the GREATEST SUBJECTS for ALL HUMAN BEINGS.

Part 1

The first of the "TWO EARTHS" is planet Earth. The material Earth. The third closest planet to the star Sun, in the spiral galaxy of the Milky Way. The beautiful "Blue Planet," the only body in the entire vast material universe that sustains LIFE. Plant life. Animal life. With an incredible exuberance of different species! Astrologers and other scientists confess that, to date (the third decade of the 21st century), they have not discovered any other place where life exists, not even the simplest. protozoa.

Today, as of April 14, 2025, 8,217,210,310 human beings inhabit planet Earth.

PLANET EARTH

For many people today, the material Earth is, indeed, their GODDESS, and there are those who actually worship her as the goddess GAIA. For them, there is no Creator God, like the one in the Bible credited with creating the earth, particularly as related in Genesis 1 and 2. 

For others, MATTER itself is eternal, and consequently, so is the material Earth. There are even believers in God and the Bible who assert the eternal perpetuity of planet Earth. On the other hand, many scientists confidently postulate that the SUN itself will undergo changes over billions of years, eventually resulting in the total destruction of the Earth, as well as the entire Solar System.

Regarding the Creator God and His Son, Jesus Christ, both categorically 
  affirm in their revelations given in the Bible that this material Earth will 
        come to an absolute catastrophic END at the precise TIME 
            programmed by them. They explain that “time will no longer” be 
            “when” the Seventh Angel “begins to sound,” and that it is then 
              that “the mystery of God will be finished.” Revelation 10:6-7

​             Now if TIME will no longer be, then planet Earth will no longer be,
            so reason those who believe in such revelations. They also quote
          the words of the apostle Paul in 2 Corinthians 4:18, where he wrote:
         “…we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which 
    are not seen: for the things which are seen are TEMPORARY, but the things which are not seen are ETERNAL.” They observe that planet Earth 

is visible, and therefore definitely TEMPORARY, and that being TEMPORARY, it cannot possibly be eternal. Linking this terminology to that of“time will no longer be” in Revelation 10:6-7, they offer humanity a completely irrefutable argument, according to them, in favor of the total destruction of the material earth.

Unlike scientists who associate the destruction of the Earth with the death of the Sun, approximately five hundred billion years from now, the authors of the end-of-material-matter-end-of-physical-life argument project for the near future the violent liquidation of planet Earth by the very Deity who made it. Their belief is founded on many relevant texts from the Bible, as also on the "signs of the times," which, they claim, are currently being seen.

These convictions held generally by Christians are mocked not only by atheists and skeptics but also by secular people of all stripes, from the most ignorant of these subjects or coldly indifferent to them, to highly educated people.

What position do you take, dear reader, on the future of the material earth? And founded on what knowledge or considerations? Your position, whatever it may be, is it taken intelligently based on research, impartial analysis, and logical personal conclusions, or is it borrowed from third parties—professors, scientists, theologians, friends, family members? Oh! Well, of course! The subject is vast, and formulating educated personal conclusions requires a lot of time and work, a lot of honest study and reflection. However, dear friend, if you, or I, are mistaken about the nature and future of our present material home in the material universe, the consequences for us could well be as disastrous, or far more so, than the cataclysmic end of the planet itself!!!!
